When you speak, really imagine yourself in this GP surgery and your goal is to check in with the patient.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cGood morning, it\u2019s nice to see you again. I\u2019ve had a look at the GP\u2019s notes, and it says you were given some recommendations to follow before this appointment. Can you tell me what they are, just so we\u2019re on the same page?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s good to hear. Running is an excellent way to get active, but it\u2019s important to take it easy, especially since your heart rate can go up quickly. Keep an eye on it, if your heart rate stays really high after resting, or you get chest pain, feel dizzy, or very short of breath, contact the GP straight away. It\u2019s probably nothing, but it\u2019s better to be cautious\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is important that you keep up this new active lifestyle that you have built.
