Dear Participant,

Below you can find our voice recorder. You will be asked to record a number of sentences in your natural speaking voice. Please just read the sentence and then record it as if you were talking to someone in real life.

You can only record your voice once you’ve entered your prolific ID. After that, for each sentence, you will have to press “start recording” and “stop recording”. When you have finished, click on the link to go back to your survey.

To get used to the recording process, please first introduce yourself by saying “hello”, telling us your age and what your main occupation in life is (in that order).

Please do not give your name or any other personal information.

Please position yourself close to the microphone and push “Start Recording” when you’re ready. Don’t move too much and ensure that you are in a quiet environment. Thank you!
